GERTRUDE.    

Sadly on december 14th 2009 GERTRUDE had to be put to sleep. she was a darling horse who never let me down in the 8 and 1/2 years i owned her, from showjumping to producing the most lovely two foals, EASTMERE'S APACHE WARRIOR (2008 coloured colt by Omar's Apache Warrior) and EASTMERE'S GINNY (2009 bay filly by Wolfgang Indi) both of  which are being kept. She was a wonderful natured mare and will be sorely missed by many. RIP gertie. x

1st july 09 rosie foaled! she had a gorgeous dark bay and white colt by Indi, he will be for sale at weaning. both are doing very well

29th june 09 Daisy foaled! she had a stunning chestnut filly by Indi, both mum and baby are doing very well. she will be for sale at weaning.

17th may 2009 gertrude foaled. she had a stunning bay filly by 'indi' she will also be for sale at weaning.

8th may 2009 connie (celtic craft) foaled. she had a stunning bay and white filly by 'indi' . she is sold to Lochmore Stud

15th april 2009 mertle (brindisi) foaled!!!!!!! a stunning chestnut and white filly by 'indi' she will be for sale at weaning.

6th JULY 11.15pm BELLE FOALED!!  She had a simply stunning dark bay filly foal. both mum and baby are doing very well. we have called her 'Eastmere's Little Aggie'.

1st june 2008 2.15 am Daisy foaled!!! she had a stunning coloured filly by Wolfgang Indi. both mum and baby are doing well, she will be for sale at weaning.   

7th may 2008 5.25 am lily foaled! she had a totally stunning and beautifully marked chestnut and white filly by Omar's Apache Warrior with remarkably long legs!! both mum and baby are doing very well. we have named the filly lollypop but her registered name is yet to be decided.

ROSIE HAS FOALED! 3.30 PM 24TH APRIL 2008. SHE PRODUCED A HEALTHY AND VERY PRETTY CHESTNUT COLT BY WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART. WE HAVE CALLED HIM CHARLIE, BUT HIS REGISTERED NAME HAS YET TO BE DECIDED!  BOTH MUM AND BABY ARE DOING VERY WELL. PICS TO COME SOON

GERTIE HAS FOALED!! 12 MARCH 2008 AT 11.30 PM! STUNNING RED AND WHITE COLT BY OMAR'S APACHE WARRIOR,WHO IS SADLY DECEASED. WE HAVE CALLED HIM 'EASTMERE'S APACHE WARRIOR' OR 'LB'  HE WILL BE KEPT AS A FUTURE STALLION. BOTH MUM AND BABY ARE DOING VERY WELL, PICS TO COME VERY SHORTLY.

17th october 2007. sadly Omars Apache Warrior (bruce) has had to be put down. he had a brain tumour and there was nothing anyone could do for him. it was a very hard decision to make but at least we have two of his foals to look forward to. they are due out of gertie and lily, see the broodmares page, and hopefully we will get a colt to keep entire and carry on bruce's legacy. he will be sorely missed.

3RD SEPTEMBER 2007 WE HAVE MOVED!!! WE ARE NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF EASTMERE STABLES. THE YARD WILL BE MAINLY THE STUD BUT WE WILL ALSO WELCOME LIVERIES. WE ALSO DO RACE HORSE RE HAB/ RESTING AND RE SCHOOLING.

skippy has foaled! 11th june 07, 2.30pm!

stunning liver chestnut filly with two hind stockings and a star and white nose! we have called her spring and she will be for sale at weaning with jasmine.

spring is by WOLFGANG INDI, his second filly and almost identical to his first, summer (06 out of OZZY) who can be seen by arrangement. 

Daisy has had her foal!!! 13 May 2007 1.25am!

We have decided to call her Jasmine. She had her vet check etc and my vet described her as totally adorable!! (Which of course she is!!)
