TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To ensure a space a £50 booking fee is required, which will be deducted from the stud fee.
2. All mares must have a clean cervical swab,have a valid certificate of vaccination against equine flu and tetanus, and be EVA (equine viral arteritis) and EHV1 and EHV4 (equine herpes virus) negative. All certificates must accompany the mare. We advise that an endometrial swab is carried out as well. All swabs, blood tests and the results are required before the mare visits.
3. All shoes must be removed prior to arrival, farrier costs will be charged to the mare owner accordingly.
4. Mares and foals will be wormed on arrival and every 6 weeks thereafter, and the mare owner charged accordingly. Mare owners are expected to arrange thier own insurance in respect of thier mares and,if applicable thier foal, for the duration of thier stay with us. Whilst every care will be taken we will accept no liability for accident, injury or disease.
5. The stud fee is payable on arrival of the mare(s). Payment for any other costs must be made in full before departure of the mare(s). Acceptance and accommodation of the mares/foals is at our absolute descretion.
6. All vets costs for scanning, etc, will be charged to the mare owner. In the event of needing to cancel the nomination, we must be provided with a veterinary certificate stating the valid reason for the mare not being served then 50% of the stud fee will be retained by us and 50% refunded to the client.
